Dual Citizenship

The Mauritanian Friendship Association is pleased to assist and provide you with the necessary information in your dual citizenship process.


To be considered by the Mauritanian government as a dual Mauritanian-American citizen, applicants are required to send the following information to the US Embassy in Mauritania in the US
-          A formal dual citizenship request (Click here to download form)
-          Proof of US Citizenship
-          Proof of Mauritanian citizenship
-          Your physical address, 2 Phones Number and 2 email Addresses
